1. When will my order be shipped?

Southern Gaming Solutions, LLC (SGS) ships 99% of all orders within 48 business hours. (HOLLIDAY EXCEPTION: LAST TWO WEEKS OF DECEMBER, will be running within 96 hours) If your order does not ship within this time period, there has been a problem with the payment, the shipping address or for some other unforeseen reason.

Our warehouse gives priority handling to premium shipping services, such as OVERNIGHT, 2nd DAY AIR, and 3 DAY SELECT. Orders placed by 2pm Eastern Standard Time, Monday thru Friday, will be available for same day shipping of the Next day, Second Day, or Three day Select packages

UNFORTUNATELY, WE ARE CLOSED ON WEEKENDS. Orders made during weekends will be processed on the following Monday, barring national holiday.

If you select ground shipping, you will receive your order within 2-9 days, depending on how close your location is to our warehouse.


2. What Shipping options are available; and how is the shipping cost calculated?

Southern Gaming Solutions, LLC (SGS) ships most products via UPS. Available shipping options include Ground, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and One Day Red Service. SGS reserves the right to substitute an equivalent carrier at the same service level.

Please note that some of SGS’s larger, heavier products might be shipped through an alternate shipping provider. This is to ensure the highest level of security and protection for your products.

SGS calculates shipping costs based on the weight of the product you purchase. During order checkout the shipping rate per shipping option will be quoted automatically to you. After you have provided your shipping information, you will be able to select your desired level of shipping service while comparing the different costs of these services.

Please note that some items have fixed shipping costs that have already been included in the price. SGS charges fixed shipping costs for items which cannot be easily shipped via UPS, and require alternate shipping.

3. How can I pay for my order?

Southern Gaming Solutions, LLC (SGS) currently accepts payments made via credit cards and PayPal. Accepted credit cards include: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. PLEASE NOTE THAT YOUR ORDER MAY BE DELAYED DUE TO SECURITY ISSUES IF THE CORRECT BILLING ADDRESS TO YOUR CREDIT CARD IS NOT PROVIDED.

Please note that SGS currently uses PayPal as its primary payment provider. By using PayPal to accept payments, SGS is able to provide world-class security for your online payment transaction, as well as keep our costs lower, which we pass this savings directly back to you, the customer!

You do not need to have or establish a PayPal account to purchase from SGS. Simply click the “If you do not currently have a PayPal account click here” button on the payment page, and you will be allowed to make your purchase via credit card without setting up a personalized PayPal account.

If you already have a PayPal account you can choose to either pay for the purchase via your PayPal account, or credit card.

4. Are rush orders available?

Southern Gaming Solutions, LLC (SGS) processes orders in the order they are received. Orders are typically processed within 2 business days.

RUSH PROCESSING is available, if you need to have your order processed immediately. Please select a premium shipping service at checkout to receive rush processing. Overnight, 2nd Day Air or 3 Day Select by UPS are considered premium shipping services. Rush processing orders are automatically placed at the front of the orders for expedited processing.

RUSH PROCESSING IS FREE! The only additional charges incurred relate to the UPS service selected.


5. Does charge sales tax?

State laws require that internet retailers collect sales tax in states where they have a physical presence. Currently, Southern Gaming Solutions, LLC (SGS) only has a physical presence in Charleston, South Carolina. Accordingly, SGS is required to charge the applicable taxes for purchases made in South Carolina.

Please note that the sales tax computed for South Carolina Purchases is calculated based on the current rates for Charleston, SC. The sales tax rate for all SC purchases is currently 6.5%.


Currently, Southern Gaming Solutions, LLC (SGS) does not ship items internationally. SGS only provides products to the United States. SGS is working on expanding to international markets in the future, but, unfortunately, this service is not yet available.

7. What are’s Quality Standards

Although Southern Gaming Solutions, LLC (SGS) can’t possibly inspect and review every item or product we sell, SGS’s dedicated staff constantly communicates with our manufacturers to provide feedback and suggestions relating to quality.

SGS is proven in the market to provide not only the highest quality in home gaming products, but also the lowest prices. Occasionally, you might find lower prices at another store. When comparing our products, and those of competitors with lower costs, you might want to consider the following questions:

1) Will I receive the same high-quality products, or is there a gimmick or catch involved?
2) How much experience does the staff and company possess?
3) Are the lower prices a mirage, and does the company over-charge for shipping?

SGS excels in each of these areas. Our sales staff is available to answer any question, and answer it effectively/understandably (we don’t outsource our customer service to foreign nations). SGS prides itself on having high quality standards unsurpassed in the industry. Quite simply, if the price seems too low, it is probably not the same quality product.

8. Are credit card transactions on safe?


Southern Gaming Solutions, LLC (SGS) places a great deal of emphasis on providing customers with a high-quality product, at a low price, with a completely safe transaction.

In order to provide extra protection, SGS has enlisted the help of PayPal for its credit card transactions. When you place an order with SGS, the shopping cart information is directly routed to PayPal, and credit card transactions take place on PayPal’s secure server. SGS neither records nor maintains credit card information on its servers for security purposes.

10. Do you have a warranty policy?

Southern Gaming Solutions, LLC (SGS) provides a 15-day money-back guarantee on all products. Also, some of the products sold in the SGS online store carry a manufacturer's warranty. If a Manufacturers' warranty is available for a product, it will be listed in the product description on the individual product pages. SGS’s money-back guarantee does not apply to shipping costs.

11. Why would an item be out of stock when it still appears on your site?

Southern Gaming Solutions, LLC (SGS) updates our online store regularly, but occasionally a delay will result in reflecting the fluctuations of quantities for a product on hand. Because of the great deals SGS offers, many of our products sell out very quickly. Also, many of our products are 'close-outs,' meaning when they are gone they are gone.

To avoid missing out on our featured items, we encourage you to act quickly.

In rare cases however, we may take your order and then discover that the product is not available for shipping (i.e., it is damaged or defective). In this case, we will notify you via e-mail that it is on backorder and do our utmost to fulfill the order as soon as possible. You will also have the option to cancel the order or replace it with a similar item.

12. Why is my card being declined when there are sufficient funds in my account?

Southern Gaming Solutions, LLC (SGS) is firmly dedicated to protecting our customers from fraudulent transactions. As such, SGS verifies the billing and shipping addresses provided for each order through your credit card company. If the billing address you provide is different than the billing address on your bank’s records, your card could be declined. Please take the time to verify that the information you have provided is correct, and then notify your credit card company to make sure that they have your most up-to-date information. Additionally, SGS does not currently have the capability to validate funds on credit cards issued by foreign banks.

15. Do I have to send my order to the billing address that is registered to my Credit Card?

If you are not a previous customer, we do prefer that you send it to the billing address that is registered to the credit card. This is our only security for the transaction. And it secures that the card holder is the person placing the order

16. Can I send this item to another address?

If you are not a previous customer, we do prefer to only send this to the billing address that is on the card. If the shipping is different from the billing, you will be emailed, or contacted via phone, and your order will be delayed.

17. What happens if I do not get an answer to my email?

Typically emails inquiries are answered in less than 1 business day from receipt. If you do not receive an answer, please email us again, and check with your email providers. Sometimes our email responses are blocked by email providers as suspected spam.

18. Can I customize the poker chips that I’m ordering?

We do offer two different types of chip customization: hot-stamping and custom labels.

Hot-Stamping. You can personalize your poker chips by having your initials (up to 3 letters) “stamped” onto the middle of the poker chip. Also, you can create custom images that can be “stamped” onto the chip. There is a setup fee for custom hot-stamping.

Custom Labels. Want to add your full-color logo to poker chips as a marketing promotion? Is your home-game so good that you want to create your own casino logo? Custom chip labels offer you the flexibility of customizing your poker chips with full-color images.

19. Are discounts available for bulk purchases?

Southern Gaming Solutions, LLC (SGS) works with many clients on specialized purchase orders. Tournament and event planners often contact us regarding updating and maintaining their casino supplies, and we spend a good deal of our time working with them to meet their needs. Bulk purchases are typically handled through our sales staff, and each request receives a personalized bid for services.
